I’m Andreya, your Portuguese teacher!

As a child, my favorite toys were blackboards and chalk — my passion for teaching started early!

At the age of seven, during a trip to the Brazilian coast, I heard a family speaking English. It was the first time I had heard the language up close and I was completely fascinated.

Today, I live in Portugal, a place I often call my second home, and it was here, in 2019, that I started teaching Portuguese online.

Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of teaching Portuguese to over 200 students of different nationalities.

In early 2023, I founded Smile Language Brazil with a mission: to help people from all over the world learn Portuguese and connect with Brazilian culture.

Here, you will not only learn the language, but also immerse yourself in the richness of Brazilian traditions, expressions and lifestyle.
